Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download is complete. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchased clips. However, we are committed to your satisfaction! If you experience issues with a file, such as corruption or compatibility problems, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly provide a replacement or assist in resolving the issue.
